BEFORE A PARTY:

Where can I buy tickets in advance for Merlin parties?
Tickets in advance (for Cinetrip as well) are available at the bar during weekdays, and during big parties at the entrance.

Can I still by advance tickets on the day of the party, if there are any left?
There are no advance tickets sold on the day of the party.

I won on the competition. Where can I grab hold of my tickets?
Some competition are launched by the party organisers, some by Merlin itself here on the website. In any case, the list of winners is available at the entrance by the beginning of a party, where you can receive either your free entry or your drink coupon by saying your name.

AT PARTY TIME:

I would love to take my coat with me to the party, because I'm always worried that it gets stolen. Can I?
Unfortunately you cannot, it is a must to use the cloakroom (200 HuF), but this way we can take care of it for sure. Had you left it all over the place, it would be much more difficult to watch it.

Can I take my backpack in the party rooms?
No bags, backpacks are allowed on the first floor, you need to put them in the cloakroom as well.

Can I take my glass with me in the bathroom?
Well, it's not a practical thing, we're sure you find someone who takes care of it, or else put it on the small table between the male and female toilets.

I always get hungry at parties. May I take some food with me?
Please do not bring any food/drink in Merlin, usually we have enough here.

I won a coupon at a competition. What is it good for?
You can receive your coupon at the entrance from the beginning of the party by telling your name. You can exchange them for drinks at the bar upstairs. When ordering alcoholic drinks, they may ask a proof of age, to check whether you are above 18. If you are younger, you can still receive some coooool juice.

May I sneak backstage for a signature by my favourite DJ?
The backstage and certain dedicated areas are restricted territories, where you can only get in with a special wristband, so please do not even try. If you can do it near the stage, just give it a go, but it is not worth (mad)venturing into the no-go-zones.

I'm planning to bring a camera, to capture my favourite act. Can I take pics of anyone/anytime?
Some artists explicitly request not to be taken any photos of. If you have any recording gadgets with you, please consider this, and if anyone in charge reminds you of such a thing, please cooperate.

AFTER A PARTY:

I lost my phone, probably at the party last night. Where could I ask whether someone found it?
You may receive information about lost items at the door or at the bar on the first floor. If someone found it, we will keep it for you.

I really loved one of the DJ-sets last night. Where could I inquire who was playing in the big room between 2-4 am?
Easiest is to check here on the site who organized the party on the given day, and get in touch with them through the available contact information. They are the most likely to be in possession of that information.

The party last night was awesome, how could I get regular information on similar events?
It is worth checking here on the site who organized the party on the given day, get in touch with them through the available contact information, and ask for their newsletter. Furthermore, there is the Merlin Club Newsletter, which you can register simply here on the left, mid-page, by filling in your e-mail address.
